​@@UltimateGamerCC Steaks and freshly ground beef are fine to eat pink, it's the supermarket ground beef that you NEVER want to eat pink because e coli gets into the mix and if the center of your burger doesn't get hot enough to kill it you'll get e coli poisoning.

Hey there, the one you went to was the Redford Charter Township, Michigan. The one that you were probably visited in Detroit was closed in Mondays.

Ok so my first time eating here was like a few months ago so that’s considered recent I don’t like their customer service but it’s always one helpful person I had a chicken dinner no seasoning cabbage I agree with you definitely far from the best greens were ok I think I still got this review in my phone 😂❤ thanks for checking them out yea I’d probably never eat this again honestly but it was worth a try side bar I don’t eat out for soul food but I did enjoy bone yard years ago ❤

All Motor City locations aren't equal. Try the Oak Park location or 7 mile. You may like Beans and Cornbread on Northwestern Hwy in Southfield, MI There's also alot of good restaurants in downtown Detroit.

Considering how the center of the meatloaf was cooked, I think it’s safe to assume that the pink you see around the edge of the meatloaf is what is called a “smoke ring” which happens to meat that is cooked using a smoker.
