When a performer who tells a story, you know they are really good when “you can hear a pin drop” in the audience. He mesmerized everyone and took them with him on an emotion ride of a love shared between a father and his son. I was envious and happy that he had that, that he had such a loving, devoted father. Heart broken that it was short lived but, it made such an impact on his life. Now, having a son of his own, he will carry on his fathers legacy.

Song hits the nail on the head. My husband was killed in a motorcycle accident. I know that my boys feel his loss. They were 8&12 now they’re 30 &25 not a day goes by they think of their dad❤️🙏🏻😢

That song and his performance made me cry. My husband is a composer, pianist and though country music is a genre we do not resonate with we both loved the song. I liked the lyrics, the performance particularly the chorus where he incorporated a common pop way of singing and then combined it with the country western style.

That was an epic reaction from the audience,they were awed and surprised,literally speechless ,then the explosive standing ovation! Just wow!! He touched me deep in my heart, losing my own father really hit home. Then to see so many other people understand that pain really shock me to my core.
