Wow what a cast. Frasier had one of the most elite main casts and recurring casts in television history. I still have yet to find a show today that is able to blend high brow\sophisticated humor with slapstick and farce. I know people besides sophisticated intellectuals who LOVE this show! I mean beer and chips regular joe types. All types watch and love the show equally. Cheers was like this as well. Haven't seen this type of show since

Like Bebe and Lilith 😊 I never seen a show like Frasier when the main cast is important if just one decides to leave the show will not be the same Niles, Daphne, Roz, Martin, Frasier. Roz is like the daughter Martin never had and sister Niles and Frasier needed 😊 I love Lilith and will never understand how everyone hates her even Eddie.

This scene should be used as a teaching tool in acting classes. This is first rate ensemble acting and great examples of playing off each other, setting the other up and sharing the laughs not competing for them.

That's an example of ensemble acting at it's finest. it comes from these people having worked together 6 years at that point. naturally and effortlessly playing off each other. this scene wouldn't have been the same the first couple seasons. other great examples are the hot and foamy scene and the wonderful Death and The Dog where they all talk about depression and then death. Even the dog feels like one of the main characters it's such a well trained actor. I definitely feel like all the Cheers shows do ensemble casts splendidly, though I think the 90s Frasier series sticks out best by managing to keep a consistent set of characters to grow attached to, which is impressive given Frasier lasted just as long as Cheers did. Even drop-in characters like Lilith stayed such the whole series.

Something special about the writers involved throughout these episodes. Not to mention the personality of the actors. Amazing show, here's to a reboot! Professor or Artist, either sounds great. If i remember correctly, I preferred Cassandra, but Faye was probably the better choice. A wild woman hidden in that reserved demeanor.
Yes, I remeber juggling two girlfriends at once. I ended up getting kneed in the groin.
When I was in my mid-30s, I had an ex-girlfriend that was trying to rekindle things. I also had a very nice ongoing girlfriend. And I had just met a beautiful, new, exciting girl with whom I was quite taken. It was the most stressful time of my life! I juggled things for about three months, then of course it all fell apart.

Does anybody else ever wonder why you would have a bathroom right in the middle of the living room? I mean, it's not just a powder room, there's a toilet in there! How could guests possibly use it and nobody not hear? I always thought that was so odd.
@FudgeYeahLinusLAN
2 жыл бұрын
Yeah it's a bit odd. According to the floor plan, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, so that's four bathrooms total for the whole appartment.
@MarkHitsTheRoad
2 жыл бұрын
It makes it possible to include "toilet humor" in episodes now and then. (High-rise apartments can also be a little odd with their floorplans, due to various construction factors (columns, which rooms get the windows, etc). E.g., I lived in a high-rise Seattle apartment - location can be seen from Frasier's balcony - for several years, and my guest bath door was right next to my front door. Create a guest entrance to either of my bathrooms, and that entrance would have had to be in the great room.)
