Your dismissing Friends, Seinfeld. , Two and half men ?.. all blow Frazier out of the water. Think about it he,s and educated man. Who spends all his time with his brother. Can’t find a woman he doesn’t pick at till he finds flaws. Is the most Elitist man you could meet and yet his father is his direct opposite. But they live together and he always has the opinion. Most of those people were able to literally phone in their dialogue. Most of them probably thought it was a fun way to spend a bit of their time, even before the show was a popular hit. I mean, it couldn't have taken them more than a few takes to get the calls recorded. I also loved how they made a lot of the calls ironic based on the actor. Christopher Reeve, who played Superman, was afraid of open spaces while Piper Laurie, the mom from Carrie, was strict about her daughter's behavior. This show was SO amazingly witty!
