Glad to see another trx6 custom body! And it was tough enough for a rollover. 👏👏👏

I run my intermediate axle with shorter length links so the wheel base is 12” instead of 12.8”. I left the rear axle at 18”, but had to swap around drive shaft parts for it to work. . What a difference. The intermediate axle starts climbing sooner, it gets hung up less, and I’m pleased with it.

Hmmm great tip! I know I like to run the middle axle stiffer on the springs so it pivots on that one for sharper turning.

@@ExocagedRC omg I do that on my 6x6 Bugsta. Tuning 6x6 is pretty tricky.

I had that thought, but then thought it might take some weight off the front end which might not be ideal. I then thought I might try to shorten the middle axle up 1/2” and the rear axle 1/2” both. Thoughts?

@@mr4x4s well, if you move the intermediate axle forward the bias should move more forward. I do want to move the rear axle forward as well, but I’ll need new links. But I can now for 2.2 and 5.5 wheels keeping the rear axle further back.

@@KTMcaptain seriously contemplating putting spools in all 3 axles, and removing the 2 speed, basically making a 6x6 sport, removing running boards, inner fenders etc… and making the sprung weight as little as possible, and putting as much weight in the front axle as possible… watching the creep 6 after he put more weight on the front axle seemed to be a huge difference

He's got those tires nice and broke in. Damn... Good driving!

Got a trx6 just a couple of weeks ago been searching for ideas for bodies settled on the Tamyia bullhead and every time I find one someone’s out bid me wish there were more options on body’s but overall I’m happy with the rig even stock out of the box it’s pretty much unstoppable!

Yup took mine to the ice age trail yesterday. New trail to me, so i figured I'd go in style with the Mercedes trx 6.

That is a great “track”.

You should use the big hog body from Jconcepts and stretch it

make a metal flatbed for the back the extra weight over the rear axle will give a ton of grip

Will the fs-bs6 work with the hacked gt3c? Or the hk-tr6a v2?

Just curious, are you stretching 1.9 tires over 2.2 wheels or running 1.9 wheels? I was considering going with the Injora knock off Hyrax but I think I'll spend the extra bones for the Prolines. I've got a new TRX6 at home (still in it's box), going with the Axe R2 550 combo (3300kv), Reefs triple 4 and swapping the micro servos out for eco power 640t. Not sure on the body yet.

Sometimes tires work well and others just don’t. Not sure if the knockoff hyrax would work well with that. With the center expanded out that much it makes the tire want to side roll more than usual

What motor is in it? The esc is listed but what motor? That whing was stupid smooth

Love to see your version of a comp TRX6. To make it a complete dominator without question maybe you could figure out six wheel steering. This guy has a truck with six wheels steering. Yeah I’d love to 6ws it but I’d have to use rear axles due to offsets and the rear lost axle is reverse rotations. I haven’t figured that out yet.

@@ExocagedRC either way id like to see your comp trx6. I like your truck "styling" . You put performance 1st but it still looks like a truck. I want performance but I also want to enjoy the look of what I'm driving at the same time. That creep body looks like it'll be nice and easy to extend without having to worry about two rear wheel arches.
