This fire at the vacant Willow Creek Rehabilitation and Care Center on Easton Avenue broke out shortly after 8:00 P.M. on Friday 3/1/24. The building has been vacant since Hurricane Ida and was undergoing renovation at the time of the fire. The building was marked as hazardous for interior firefighting. The hours long operation resulted in one minor firefighter injury. 3/1/24.
