Was hoping to see videos of topic.
We're looking towards Nashville/Knoxville area's of TN. What I would like to see is a map of TN broken down into county's with details.. Where is most humid? Where is most tornados? Where is prone to flooding? What high crime areas should we avoid when shopping for a house. Where can we find neighborhoods with like properties of small acreage and older farms. What parts are all hilly with poor building potential. Where I live is zoned for no less than 10Acre parcels which I love and want again, yet I've seen some beautiful older homes with acreage over there in TN and they're surrounds by tract homes! Not my idea of rural living. So- you asked. I answered. Where can I find that kind of information?

The Governor's Club in Brentwood. Got a couple mil? Live next to Carrie Underwood, etc.
Do you ever do “off market” deals? Im trying to move my family to that area but every time we find a house it gets an offer before we can act.
There actually is a downtown Franklin.... There's no downtown Brentwood.. It's just sprawl and housing developments. 😂
