The line, "But they're bad girls They're very bad girls" is a direct reference to the huge Donna Summer disco hit Bad Girls from two years earlier.

"Expect the unexpected" should be the motto for any Frank Zappa song.

Well, there was the official slogan, "AAAFNRAA" which stood for Anything, Anywhere, Anytime for No Reason at All. That meant that at any time on stage, Frank would toss up a hand signal that everyone in the band understood and he would change the direction of the music at whim. Nobody ever asked, "What the fk does he want us to do?" They knew what the signals meant and turned on a dime. AAAFNRAA.

The first time I heard Zappa on the radio, I was 14, listening to the mighty WMMS and they played "Dynamo Hum"...while I'm standing right next to my mom. There were two times I wanted to die. That was one. But ever since, you just cannot look away. Long live Zappa!

During the out chorus they basically sing lyrics that are a parody of lyrics from the song Doreen.

I wouldn't call it a parody. A reprise of the previous song perhaps.

@@Royale_with_Cheeese You are right. Not a parody but not exactly the same lyrics.

@@barrywilson1294 You know what, revisiting the lyrics as written, he kinda did a Weird Al treatment of his own previous song, so I guess you can call it parody. I tip my cap to you, Barry.
