I'm an ectomorph just like Frank Zane and these have helped me look bigger without having to lift super heavy like most people think they have to. I love the Golden Era of body building. Frank Zane is still one of the best in my opinion of body building. He had so much knowledge back in the day and was ahead of his time when it came to nutrition. Respect 🙏.

Fun fact, this movement is part of the nesscessary strength to obtain the front lever in calisthenics. Bodybuilding discovering a movement already part of a staple in traditional gymnastics just proves how behind they are. In terms of functional kinesiology, why would you exercise like a bodybuilder at all. Calisthenics is the best manner of training for performance and long term health.

@@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech fun fact, bridging involves the exact opposite muscular contraction to a bodybuilding pullover , so you are completely wrong that they have anything in common other than the arch in the back- the forces applied from and in the arch are different. You’ll also be surprised to know that golden era bodybuilders used many gymnastic movements and callisthenic exercises to compliment their weight training. People train with progressive resistance to stimulate hypertrophy. People who train gymnastics do so to be gymnasts. It’s all a noble fight with gravity, to achieve different goals. There really isn’t a ‘best’ , there is only what is right for you, based on goals, and what you find enjoyable - it is a hobby, after all.
