The dialogue between the Legate and Frank was cool as shit.

When I saw the giant robo-scorpion came up I thought Frank was completely done for, there was no way he could win. He destroyed the titan scorpion with his bare hands. He punched it so hard he sent it soaring through the air exploding. What an absolute fuckong unit. Also Mobius' pre-recorded message gets me every time love that nut.

Joshua has a relatively normal amount of health. He has 50DT so most attacks are severely nerfed against him. I would imagine Franks attacks exceed 50 damage rendering Joshuas advantage meaningless. He also has a special NPC variant of the Light Shining in Darkness pistol you can get, but it has a way higher base damage and smaller spread but that doesn't matter as much either if he doesn't have his beefy defences helping him.

Nothing is freakier than a human sized boss going toe to toe against a creature nearly 3 times the height

He was beaten by being outnumbered, having the turrets turned on him, and the Chosen One having the most powerful weapons in the west coast (if we consider all these options canon). In his cameos, Horrigan tanked multiple point blank plasma shots with zero effort and King Crimson'd a DEATHCLAW with his bare hand. 1v1 his raw strength, durability, and firepower are unmatched (lore wise) as he is the only super mutant that grew to behemoth size but remained intelligent and has Enclave technology. His only weakness is the limited durability of his life support system, but his armor needs to take substantial damage before it fails.

Someone needs to mod a double minigun for this guy.

I call for rematch, give Oliver a proper Big Iron and a black version of his attire and Frank Horrigan might just make a fatal slip

He doesn't even title it "next opponent" but "next victim" Frank is that much of a menace

To general Oliver's credit the man trash talked frank horrigan than unloaded his entire magnum cylinder into him instead of just running away the man died quickly but he had balls of steel

I like how he can rip a death claw in half with his bare hands but puches a dude who proceeds to just gently fall over with his head falling off.

Clearly none of them stood of chance but the closest was probably Colonel Royez, he has the equipments that the Chosen One used: Power armor and Plasma caster

And its canon the Chosen One recruited them, the devs said Granite survived by riding the tanker and lived several more adventures. About the turrets, up to interpretation, but Frank is an absolute beast of a being that can turn you to dust

Royez doesn't even have Servos. Man is just lugging a whole suit of tank grade armor plates on musclemass alone.

4:12 That is terrifying. Imagine thinking you were the ones that blew up the robot but then you see this 12 foot tall beast just sprinting 30 mph at you unfazed by your grenades.

While Frank didn't have his miniguns, a fair bit of these bosses are bosses because of their minions. Oliver and Caesar especially. Ulysses to a certain extent with his two eyebots. Carsar and Oliver are literally regular humans without their guard. If you really want a proper fight, send Frank against their guard and the boss themselves. He'll still win, but at least it's accurate.

unfortunately super mutant behemoths can't use guns, and his model is that. You'd have to mod in a custom monster for frank. Besides, he could still tear apart those larger groups even with his bare hands.

Yeah I was about to say. This one was a fight that made it seem like Frank would've even broken a sweat. The burned man gave a good fight but ultimately he too is just a Man. Caesar's ability as a Leader and Commander makes him more of a threat, rather than a one on one fight, he is an old man with failing health at that point. I am a bit surprised that there are so many 'positive' remarks regarding Oliver... dude went down like a sack of wet potatoes... not sure wheter his shit-talking was better or worse in the grand scheme of things XD

Yeah I think the real Lanius NPC code that dies is in the GECK somewhere, I only got the one from the wiki. This is the Lanius that goes unconscious.

Frank is basically a super mutant behemoth with power armor built around him not for him. And the best gear of fallout

Frank Horrigan is basically the hulk with patriotism used as fuel for his strength.

This is actually kind of unfair for someone else's especially the goalified legion and NCR officers because they don't have a radiation source to heal and Ulysses doesn't have his eyebots with him and the leg it doesn't have his reinforcements

Yeah like the legendary bloatfly (I’m serious, that fucking thing was so hard when I stumbled on it at like level 7), the legendary deathclaw, legendary night stalker, Specimen 73, and Shadis.

Now make him fight all of them at once

1. According to lore he was able to rip a deathclaw in half with his bare hands 2. I think those remnants of a power armor (this is the only thing he fits in 🙃) are slowing him down lol
