He's using a telecaster in the studio recording which is what your hearing in this video. There just going through the motions in the video and they coordinate everything to match. Look up "blue collar boys" or any of his other videos and you can see the guitarist using a pabst blue ribbon telecaster and that's the one you hear in this video.

+Keagan Fauntleroy Actually he is playing a Les Paul with coil tap, which allows him to get a "twangier" single-coil sound out of a paul. I only know this because I play lead guitar for The NantzLane Band which opened for Frank in KY and Topher and I were discussing this particular guitar in the green room before the show. Also, I watched Topher play that very les Paul on this song later that night.
