    She used technique and first and then her strength , Francis also did the same with shaq but he was walking with shaq where weilli alsomt fell with Francis , you can actually lift people up really easily if you have the leverage and balance you know , it’s not as hard as it looks I’ve lifted guys way bigger than me with just basic leverage pretty easily , you just gotta make sure your muscles are strong so as to there not being any tears / injuries

    It absolutely does. If you grow up exercising all day every day, that doesn't just disappear unless you have a serious negative lifestyle change. . When he is 70 he will still be immensely powerful. It's not like he went to the gym for 6 months then took a year off and lost his noob gains. Ever shake an old farmer's hand? I'm not talking about a dude in his 50s. I'm talking about an old ass farmer, 70+ They can still break your hand. Everything you do now matters later.

    This is absolutely not true. Francis lifts MANY weights. If you look at Francis when he moved to France he was VERY thin. And that was a week months after he left the sand mine, he wasn’t even that big when he debuted for the UFC

    The 2 losses I had in my Amateur mma fight career were by strong wrestlers who were farmers. I never felt men stronger than farmers. They tossed me around the whole fight.

    ​@@Ashw1115tossing hay bales will do that to you. I started doing pushups, situps and squats when I was about 10 for wrestler. Did them until i was out of the Navy at 25. I'm almost 40 now, have gained at least 50 lbs since then, and I still look like a wrestler. I can still do more pushups than most people and win money and drinks off it still. It doesn't just go away.
