Frances Arnold on fearlessness in the lab
The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2018 was divided, one half awarded to Frances H. Arnold "for the directed evolution of enzymes", the other half jointly to George P. Smith and Sir Gregory P. Winter "for the phage display of peptides and antibodies."

To the - infinite protein configuration space - stars and beyond! Organic chemists are (hard core) wet lab chemists, not surprised it could give good results. If they can be interested. Though biochemists passion was already with proteins to begin with. As well as systems and synthetic biology people and microbiologists. What could one fear though in your team, becomes the question. Success? A challenge? People?
