This was such a beautiful project! I also luv butterflies, flowers & vintage letters/writing. I watch every video of yours & u amaze me every time. What will he do next? And u have never failed at creating such wonderful things. U r so talented. I have been a crafter since I was very young. I was taught many things from my mom, grandmother & aunts. I was blessed 2 have that passed 2 me. My favorite is drawing or I call it doodling. Very small flowers, swirls,paisley,etc. Thank u 4 giving me ideas & u influence me n my drawing. I love this set of transfers....You can photocopy them, too and use them in decoupage before you transfer them for the project!

You should! You can use any fabric and any hot glue mold. Works beautifully when you mix it all up!

To turn the fabric into a stick you'll need a Xyron machine with the permanent cartridge. Turns anything into a sticker.

G'day from Oz Mark 😃 Hope you and yours are all well. How stunning this project is and that lil machine is a real beauty. Amazing lil thing that is. Problem, I don't have one hahaha 🤣 So can I seal the material with some pva glue, iron to flatten any lil wrinkles and make it this way? The Prima Products are so beautiful but often out of my price range so maybe doing the same with other pics also coated in a sealant of some sort, eg decoupage, or not, would work the same ? Thanks again Mark really lovely project. 😉

I saw this on Instagram and HAD to come over and watch your full video here! I only have a little Xyron but love it! I have some Prima molds in my "saving for later" on Amazon - kinda want them to upcycle some cookie tins. Do you think the hot glue is still flexible enough when you pull it out of the molds to wrap around curved surfaces?

Absolutely! If you mold it before it's completely cool (tape it in place) it will dry to shape.

Use the hot glue gun you have, preferably a larger one. I love Surebonder because the larger glue guns get out lots of glue and make this so much faster. You will need the molds, though! If you don't have silicone molds you could use wood trim which is available at the hardware store.

Fabric darkens when you apply lacquer on top of it so depending on the print you choose, you could cut them to size and carefully lacquer the pieces in place.
