Namaskar sir. I am 80 plus in age. There was fracture in my right upper arm due to fall in May 2017. It has been operated twice due nonunion once in 2017 and again in 2018. Now the plate has also broken and bone is still nonunioned. Can I go for third operation and will it be safe for my age? I have no disease except hypertension. Will the union of bone be take place now after about six years? Kindly advise. With high regards

Sir, my daughter had femur fracture of right leg after 6 weeks of cast it has been opened today, in X-ray the bone has come to its former position but baby is not even allowing to touch her leg and there is some swelling. What kind of physiotherapy and precautions are required? Till when will she keep on walking like before? She is 2 years 11 months old.🙏

Name : Ajay Kumbhar Age: 29 Accident Date : 13 May 2023 Operation Date : 18 May 2023 (One month completed to operation, when I will able to walk?) *TECHNIQUE:* Plain CT scan of left knee joint was done by taking contiguous 5 mm. this sections with sagittal and coronal reconstructions. *OBSERVATIONS:* There is mildly depressed, displaced fracture of lateral ural condyle posty appears depressed upper above 5-6 mm There is undisplaced fracture in the intercondylar region of tibu ACL and PCL appear intact with no obvious avulsion fracture Knee joint and patellofemoral effusion is noted with perarticular fluid seepage Both knee joint spaces are normal. The patello - femoral spaces are normal Rest of the visualised bones appear nomal Bony trabecular pattern appears normal There is no evidence of any osteosclerosis/osteolysis/osteonecrosis *CONCLUSION:* 4 Mildly depressed displaced fracture of lateral tibial condyle. It appears depressed for about 5-6 mm. + Undisplaced fracture in the intercondylar region of tibia Knee joint and patello-femoral effusion is noted with periarticular fluid wypage. Please correlate clinically

After 6 weeks you will be allowed walking with partial weight bearing,with physiotherapy to regain your movement and flexibility and to reduce pain and swelling.

​@@drkanchangoswami7703 femur shaft fracture happened due to accident on 16th August and Surgery was done on 18 th August. It was compound fracture and external fixator was given to heal. Plastic surgery was also done and now skin is almost in good condition but still dressing is done after 1 day gap. Can you please tell that how many Weeks I will be allowed to walk??
