Niiice! I didn’t think I’d be able to sit through a 21 minute vid review but you made it captivating, interesting and informative. The big wheel conversion is a cool feature and the removal of soul plate bolts/hardware. Looking forward to the Flat frame review.
Exciting!!! Anthony kept killing it all over and destroying Winterclash! I think its so cool that his pro setup is being sold the exact way he would skate it!
Great video man! Keep up the great work!! I just ordered some roces m12 nils jansons storm- complete inline skates
Really been tempted to get these as a second set, its a lot of skate for the price and seems like a fantastic skate.
Enjoying these. Ripped out the absorber and it feels much better.
I have these with the element 90 frames. Love them!
As always, great video, I just got back in to skating after 20 years hiatus and I love your channel, currently on freestyle skates but looking at getting back in to aggressive, My question is unrelated though; Im curious as for why you use a full shell helmet and not a "regular" skate helmet?
Thanks for writing me back I'm gonna definitely look into these. I can't find the original fatties. So maybe these are on my 2 buy list.. rad videos as always.
I love that fr wen't for a plastic buckle, those metal ones (in my sebas cj) are easy to break. Those plastic ones because of that lock mechanism are much more stronger. 😉

Couldn’t agree more, hate that the metal buckles don’t lock in place!

I don't use buckles anymore, I run double straps these days, love the thick seba straps the most.

Broke one of the plastic buckles 6 sessions in. I've never busted a Seba/FR metal buckle - and I've been skating Seba CJ for 3 years.
I love your Lightsaber on the wall to your left there
I love everything about these skates.
I found shifty hard in rollerblade SK too. I think coming from a narrow soul plate (them) it’s hard to do a shifty in a wide one Wanting to get lower, I keep leaning so I’m only on the soul plate and not the frame It’s like you need a taller frame to compensate That’s why I think you should actually use the AP frame or Oysi for this test I could be wrong this is just a hypothesis
I'm digging your socks!!
Awesome skates 👌🏻
Awesome review! Wondering is there a connection between SEBA and FR skates? Also on the soulplate you mentioned it was sliding very fast and when I saw your sweat stance in the beginning skate montage I could not believe how far you you took that it look like there was near zero friction resistance. UHMW?? Great work Ricardo thank you for everything you do for our community!

There is indeed, both companies have the same owner. It’s a long story!

Seba is now chinese owned and operated. French designers moved and made their own brand, FR.
I think that if you are gonna try some wizard frames in the UFR's, you better go with a V2 or Premium Intuition liner, you'll need it way stiff, more stiff that the FR Intuition liner can go. There's a reason the Seba basic (plastic) and the Seba Carbon are the main choice for wizard frames, the FR's just don't seem to have enough cuff support. I tried my White Intuition that comes stock with my Sebas in my FR's and the ankle support at the cuff level felt a little lacking on the support, so be careful.
Great review thanks. I’m definitely interested in a pair. Regarding the sizing, do these fit true to size with the Intuition liner?
I can't be the only one that read the thumbnail as FRAP REVIEW 😭
I bought these about a month ago, absolutely love them and they were totally the best bang for buck in terms of price. I do think it's weird that your shock absorber was glued in to the boot - my shock absorbers were attached by velcro to the bottom of the liner, which made it easy to remove and replace with my preferred insole under the liner.

He’s referring to the kinda yoga mat material, glued to the entire length of the sole of the boot that feels like it has shock absorbing qualities. I really like the feature

@@that_which_is_not You're right, but you can take that out if you warm it up a bit and peel it out carefully. I did that, but actually prefer with it in. If you do this just make sure that the bolt receiver foam pieces (2) are put back in because they tend to come out too.

@@saiidinlineskater7132 I'm curious, when you take that glued on footbed out, is the heel of the foot bed raised, or is the entire foot bed the same thickness from heel to toe? I'm just curious as to how much of the raised heel comes from the actual plastic of the boot, and how much from that spongey footbed.
@saiidinlineskater7132

@@mountainpeakcloud8442 Good question and I'm going by memory here, but if I recall correctly, the footbed is slightly thicker to the rear, but most of the raise is the boot itself. I did put the UFR next to my FR1 and the heel at the back on the outside I think was the same height (with big wheel setup).

@@saiidinlineskater7132 THanks!
The faster thing is probably because of the liner. If you have skates with thick liners, a lot of energy goes in deformation of the foam, especially the tongue.
I'm skating these with NN Dragon 5x80s and i'm quite happy with them for wizard/freestyle stuff. They're very stiff and responsive. However out of the box the fit was terrible for my narrow feet and I had to make quite a lot of adjustments to them until I was happy, which took quite a lot of doing and I almost gave up on them. I think there's better options out there for aggressive boots but for a budget wizard/freestyle boot they're great. Buyer beware if you have narrow feet, I found them to be really wide.

@@elsupe Never skated those. In the end I sold the UFR and got some Seba CJ2 Primes. I would absolutely recommend those. I downsized my CJ2s for a closer fit and got intuition premium liners too.

@@Stoitism ohh yes but I have a problem cj2 aren't made in size 45.... I have 28.6 Mondo... And don't know if size 44 will fit
can you do a tutorial on spread eagle? Also, I love your videos, keep grinding!
You mentioned that roces m12 is one of your favourite skates. What do you think is the best flat frame for a beginner on m12?
i ordered them Yesterday on bladeville, well thé coupon didn't work... i didnt wait cos in my Size, well all thé other site been in a soldout during last week so didnt take thé risk. the goal is to replace fr1 3x110 and kizer element2 sways so Hope i'll enjoy it as those had for years
Wow, $50(basiclly) for a boot is worth it if you wanted Intuitions anyway. When i came back to skating i wondered if this was the same FR i knew in the 90’s, which i was told no. Anyway, great video
I might try these at one time. The ones with Intuition liner seems a very good deal, but I don't have any frames for it, so a cheap complete set would be enough for me. I have bit of a weird feet. Measure the longest and widest with 303 mm and 115mm. I tried PS HC Evo Pros with 296mm mondopoint and they did not fit. I am sure I can fit in 298mm mondopoints depending on the toebox (for reference with ice hockey skates CCM Jetspeed 670 11.5 298mm did not fit, but same measurements for Tacks AS-570 fit like a charm). So what would be the better fit for theese skates EU45-46 (29,5 to 30,5cm mondopoint, but shell size 43-44?) or EU47-48 (31 to 32cm mondopoint, and shell size 45-47?). I think the 45-47 shell fit better, but then the mp with 31 to 32 is too high?!
Makes me wonder how heat molding the boot influences the fit with the soul plates.
These are definitely a lot cleaner looking compared to the white boots imo.
What kind of helmet are you wearing? I've been wanting to get one like that.
I want to know how the cuff flexes. How were topsides?
could I get wizard frame on it without soul plate?
Do these run true to size? Coming from a SL size 13.
Can’t find these for sale in size 8 US anywhere.
i think thé better should bé to set roces m12 buckles !
Can I install these soulplates to FR 1?
How does the boot feel wide wise? Does the toebox allow for a lot of toespace?
