Fr. Jacques Philippe - Inner Peace

Fr. Jacques Philippe talks on finding and maintaining inner peace.
Jacques Philippe was born on March 12, 1947 in Lorraine, France. After studying mathematics in college, he spent several years teaching and doing scientific research. In 1976, he met the then recently-founded Community of the Beatitudes and answered the Lord’s call to follow Him through this vocation.
With over one million copies sold in 24 languages, Jacques Philippe’s writings on themes such as prayer, interior freedom, and peace of heart have become classics of modern Catholic spirituality. Fr. Jacques will be speaking on his book, "Searching for and Maintaining Peace."

Profound, piercingly compassionate, this priest is a very special soul amoung us. I am not the same having heard just this hour. His deeply wise message is discerning and gets at the core of how inner peace can have a chance in our hearts.

Father Jacques Philippe is so sagacious and compassionate, an man with a profound yet simple message bringing such healing and peace into people's hearts, especially mine. Listening to his talks has guided me through trauma in a way that I never imagined: with such grace, peace, and a much deeper, closer relationship with God opening my heart to a life filled with such love, joy, and peace with those who God brings into my life.

Pablo Dee both the crucifix and the tabernacle. My parish was over 50 years old and never once had the tabernacle on the main altar until about a year ago
