Perfect ! The fact I can use the controller with a sim is really great. I think this will help me along with the DJI FPV drone so that I don't cause myself a headache by crashing the DJI drone right off the bat. I have been flying the FPV drone in normal mode only and was looking around for a more durable drone to really learn on. I think I just found it ! Thanks for this information, that really helped me with a decision.

A larger kwad is more stable and easier to fly. The real benefit is by learning these you can fly everywhere, most importantly indoors making the amount of practice possible huge and more rewarding than sims imo, you only need to grasp the hover wobbles with this. The extra benefit is all bigger kwads are easier to fly, so master this and gain the option of bigger for free.

I wish they would get rid of the D8 receivers. Almost nothing else works with it. This would be great in an ELRS version so the radio will work with other large drones and other radios would work with this drone.

It’s a little squirrelly in air mode, definitely Hoi g to be investing in a laptop capable of sims so I can learn a little bit about beta flight before jumping up to the nanohawk X they had on sale.

I am cosidering to buy this drone, BUT i didnt really understand if i can re-use the goggles? I mean i can use the Controller for any other analog drones but do the goggles also pair with other drones? Or do I have to buy new goggles every new time i get new drones?

Yes. Any analog drone will work with the goggles. Any frsky D8 receiver compatible drone will work with the controller

It’s best with little to no wind because it is light but you certainly can fly outside.
