Four Ways To Grow Your Grit I Season Four, Episode 6

Ойын-сауық

Growth doesn’t just happen, it has to be practiced.
How do you practice growing? You go through hard stuff. When the going gets tough and you feel like giving up, use it as an opportunity to grow your grit. We all want to be overcomers, but we don’t want to go through the work to actually overcome. We love the idea of being a conqueror but don’t want to go to battle. Can you relate?
Think about your favorite person in the Bible - you want to be like them, but can you walk through hard stuff like they did?
Tune in to learn how you CAN grow your grit!!
In this episode, you will hear Candace and Bianca discuss:
Seeing trials + tribulation as an opportunity to grow
Wanting to grow in grit but not wanting to walk through hard things
4 practical ways you can grow your grit

I love and respect Candace's humility. There is such a glow that comes with giving others room/space to display their strengths, in other words letting her guests shine on her podcast is amazing. She definitely has fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT. JEHOVA is amazing in how he works in her and through her

What I appreciate about Biancas advice is that she acknowledges people's struggles and empathy towards that, but then takes a step further to then give encouragement towards the next best thing. If I wasn't watching this season on KZread, and only listening as a podcast, my creative brain would envision Bianca as a sports coach with pom poms in both hands lol yelling encouraging cheers!😂😂 "you got this, in Jesus Name, you got this!!"( insert pom poms or cheerleader emoji, can't find one, we need one!) Thank you for being real and encouraging at the same time!!

I was blessed by these videos with your host. Its adding to my healing. My nephew committed suicide at my home and I struggled to receive a full healing. I'm still not sure if it will be full but im at striving for a LOT and my LORD keeps giving me people and videos like this to go through it. Grit, is being formed.

I love how to grow your grit I took a lot of notes. I loved it in the end about grief. My husband doesn't know how to grieve instead he ran away from our marriage after my Daddy passed away 3 years ago So it's been very hard. But I'm on the mend and healing. Only God. Thank you Candace

I’m loving this series. Thank you so much for discussing the hard things! I’d love to sit and have a cup of coffee with you both- it would be deep and it would be hilarious. You are both full of wisdom and humility and seem to be simply projecting the real “you”. ❤

Hey Candace, I love your new podcast. This is so fun. Please use your platform to raise your voice for the Christians being killed in Gaza and the West Bank by Israel. You have so much influence, I know if you shared about the mass baptisms going on because so many babies are being killed, people would listen to you and push for a ceasefire. Please seriously consider this ❤

Gosh how I love you two women of God so much! And seeing you together in this series has been a delight. This program was excellent. Especially the words about processing grief. Bianca hit the ball out of the park. As a Christian therapist for over 35 years the biggest challenge as a therapist is giving clients the permission to heal through their pain. This are my two teachings- we don’t heal till we feel. And we only heal through love. ❤ God bless you two beauties abundantly!

I listened to this episode twice. It was so good. You two bring so much wisdom. It’s like I am sitting in just on a conversation with you. Thank you Bianca for teaching us how to get our grit. I plan on practicing these more. A lot of times I find I want someone to give me the answer I want when something is hard I may not want to do. But the advice on the grieving - thank you!! My dad passed away a few years ago and we were very close. I had gotten to where I didn’t want to think about things or repress them but thank you for letting me know it’s ok and I need to do that in order to heal. ❤

Another perspective on “It is what it is” is not a cop out. When it comes to radical acceptance of reality as it is. It’s I may not like it, I can’t control (certain things, like her ankle sprain), I radically accept this is my reality & now you make choices to move forward with what you CAN control. However, many of us in our flesh RESIST reality, and find ourselves unable to move forward with grit. Radically accepting a circumstance “it is what it is” allows me to move forward in grit.

So I am very happy to see someone stand up for what is right in the eyes of our Lord. I am really tired of visualizing seeing same sex stuff. I do have a question though whereas the Great American Family network. So please tell me when they mention the word pure does that mean in anyway that people of color are not not considered pure because I do not see any features

Gods has always called me His extremely extremely Passionate Child. And He has also called me an overcomer. And I’m also highly sensitive. and I’m an introvert feeler/visionary:)And I’m also a Godly big sister of 2 Godly younger sisters. And I’m also a Godly aunty of 3 Godly nephews who absolutely absolutely love Jesus. And until Jesus decides to bring/puts a Very very Godly passionate man into my life In His perfect timing I’m staying single 100% :)And I definitely won’t settle on/for anyone who is less than Gods best for me. Again I’m all about waiting patiently for God to put/bring a very very very Godly man into my life in His perfect timing:)@Candace Cameron Bure @Bianca Juarez Olthoff
