Four Waterfalls Walk | Brecon Beacons, Wales (DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE)
The Four Waterfalls walk is a enchanting woodland hike in the Brecon Beacons.
At least it is for most responsible adults and even children. Unfortunately I am neither.
This is about my day-trip to Wales from the Malvern Hills and includes some very handy advice on how to not get killed by the challenging activity of walking.
Oh, and I doubt they'll ever see this, but to the lovely Jewish family I met after the final waterfall: thanks for the pleasant chat.

I want to make a walk to the last one again 😊💚
Thanks for posting this. Many years ago my wife and I did this walk. Dispite warning signs we stupidly decided to follow the old trail you referred to. As a person who had done scrambling in Snowdonia, "How hard can it be" I thought. Well I soon found out. In one particular place it was very very dangerous. My foolhardy attitude (unlike me normally), put us both in danger. Apart from that it was a great walk.

Believe it or not somebody died on this hike a while back!
Fabulous walk you did. I have a little hint which you might like. When I stop and put my rucksack down I always put my 'stick' through the straps of my rucksack so that I can't forget it! I hope you like my suggestion

Thanks! Have a great trip. And stay on the path!
Yes, the same thing almost happened to me at Hardrath Force in N. Yorks (high on the remote border almost with Cumbria). After a heavy rainfall period, all those bare rocks you see in your video will be well under water. And in my case, I ended up beside the nearest thing I've ever seen in this country to Niagara Falls, which I had to scramble up the dripping slippery side to get out. Any waterfall after a heavy rainfall period can increase to at least four times the ferocity, possibly more.

The word waterfall does somewhat imply a sudden change of height, so climbing is sometimes on the cards! At least I was blessed with clear weather
my aunties unfortunatley made a mistake in theses waterfalls they where amazing people and im proud to have called them family i will never get over it💔

@@owennathan18 what’s wrong? It’s deeply unfortunate. I’m sure you agree. My condolences
In any walk if you do your research it goes a long way. There is another car park which you could've taken and in your case probably an hour out of your adventure.

Sensible, even with the humblest of hikes!
Soz Beki, I’m off with Mike on the waterfall hunt.

This might be the first time somebody actually did let me know down in the comments 😂
There's an easier 3 waterfall walk not far away from there in pontneddfechan.the falls are just as good but the path is easier and can see all 3 in an hour and a bit.

Thanks for the heads up! Though I’m sure I’d still find a way to make it last five hours 😅
