Notes : 1. Being Nervous is good. Tell yourself, I'm not nervous. I'm excited. 2. Don't do all the work yourself. Get help. Ask for support. No shame in it. 3. Mentally rehearse. Visualise yourself in the situation. 4. Talk to yourself. Divert your innerself from criticism to encouragment.
