Very well explained boss. You have given variations. You have also included examples. But in India, we simply use the rectangle to enclose the inside bars inside the mother bar. To avoid a fakeout we wait for a retest of the rectangle to make our entry. To avoid stop loss hunting above and below a short rectangle [mother bar] equal to its height in both up and down directions, we wait for a golden cross or death cross in a higher time frame to confirm whether the price is going to fly up or down. Yes we usually avoid an entry inside the rectangle like you have shown as too risky. To that extent, our entry is late but less risky.

Great video, quick question. At 15.11 you show a chart with inside price bars in the blue circle, and the market is still trending up. Why would you not go long when prices break above the inside price bars in the blue circle? The reversal has not yet happened so a long trade would be in the direction of the trend at that point. How do you know the trend is about to reverse at that point?

Pls clarify on this, it ll be helpful.. 1) suppose the next candle after baby candle crosses both up n down of baby candle 2) wicks alone crosing the baby or mother candle high or low n not body 3) does colour of mother candle or baby candle has anything to do with which side breakout ? 4) upto how many candles shall we wait if multiple inside candles are getting formed..

Thank you Knight Rider for your nice comment. please understand the psychology of the inside bar if means indecision low volatility and small body candles quite market we all know this is a sign of explosive breakout is on the way so you as a traders with a good knowledge of price action should be waiting for a beak out/down and enter the trade. in trading nothing is 100 percent accurate and certain only your experience over time will tell you. we do not have to measure or to be precise, every professional have their own interpretation so by small range always acceptable but you have to double check with other price action like indicators wish you luck

The fakey pattern typically consists of a false breakout from an inside bar setup, followed by a reversal in the opposite direction. Here's how it works and how traders may approach trading it: 1. Identify the Inside Bar:This indicates consolidation or indecision in the market. 2, Look for the Fakey Setup: A fakey pattern occurs when the market initially breaks out from the inside bar pattern but then reverses, closing back within the range of the inside bar. This reversal traps traders who entered positions following the initial breakout. 3. Confirmation: To confirm the fakey pattern, traders often look for additional price action signals such as a rejection candle or a strong reversal candlestick pattern, like a pin bar, engulfing pattern, or hammer, near the key support or resistance level. 4, Entry and Stop Loss: Traders may enter a trade in the direction opposite to the initial breakout once the fakey pattern is confirmed. The entry point could be at the close of the reversal candle or at a predefined level beyond the range of the inside bar. Stop-loss orders are typically placed above the high of the reversal candle and profit target at a level to achieve 1.5-1 reward risk ratio. wish you the best
