Hello maam, Few month back we decided to purchase a flat on so On 2nd November 2022 builder takes 2,50,000 as a advance money of flat.. after that we submitted papers at bank for loan and asked builder for mother deed... And at that point builder said he don't have mother deed and without mother deed bank declined the loan... So after that we are requested to get back our money and he said he don't have fund he didn't able to back our money until he sell the property... he kept out money from last 8 month I have all the agreement papaer

Mam maine 1 months pehle cheating ke against online legal india mein case file kiya tha but opponent party ne legal notice mein koi reply nhi kiya after 15 days ke baad bhi, then online legal india ke taraf se mujhe petition file mila jisko maine approve kiya ..unka kehna hai ki aap consumer forum court mein petition file karo ...but filing kaise karenge aap thoda suggest kare ...unlogon ne kuchh clearly nhi bataya ..sab paisa khane k liye baithe hain ..😑

Your first question ,yes you can file case on e dakhil and participate on line through video conferencing Get information on e dakhil portal of National consumer dispute रिडेसल commission Yes you can sign affidavit where you are and get attested there The concept of attestation is that you are signing before an authority who can attest when he signs before the authority who can attest

Hi Mam, I have some referral amount from my reference on veggies online shopping app. Now this app is not serving in my area. So I asked let me consume my referral money. Or return to my account. But they denied and they blocked the referral money. Am I eligible to complaint about as I feel this the earned money which I received through putting my efforts. Although money is not more. Review petition can be filed before the same court I.e.before district court in your case When you preferred review before SC,they might have understood you are filing review of SC Order

Cannot help in court procedural matters

I bought a Speaker from Amazon site on 01-06-2022 which was delivered on 05-06-2022 but upon opening courier box I found speaker in damaged condition, so I requested Amazon to replace the damaged product but Amazon refused my return request. They said they have sent intact speaker but I have unboxing video as evidence. Sent legal notice to Amazon but they are not responding. How to file case in consumer court?

Please give more power to National consumer helpline. In the present time, it is just a mockery of the system. Companies just copy and paste the same replies as we get in email. I have done some research and found that people are not very happy about it. NCH should hold some basic powers rather acting postman. I have ordered an Rs800 shoe from flipkart, they sent me wrong article and then blocked my account when i tried to return it. NCH was so helpless as if flipkart was laughing at them.

@@ConsumerAwakeningMission Mam actually we have money transfer business for which we use software name OXYMONEY which belongs to company name APPNITT technologies based in Noida, we deposit amount in there bank account and they credit the same amount in our software which is use to transfer money to customers,but since 01 year they blocked the software holding 01 lacks of rupees and not releasing it till date,pls advise do we complain in consumer court for this

Respected madam My problem is that a electric transformer is being sanctioned to our area which is said to be laid beside my house which just 5 feet distance and there is also no compound wall for my house. Our area sarpanch he himself wantedly trying to lay the transformer. And there is lots of place just back of my house we asked to lay there and also complained to AD -designation of area of electricity department but still there is no action.
