Respected sir, First of all salute to your service for human betterment. Sir, I want to file a complaint but my builder's have done all illegal work. 1.No NOC is taken and construction was completed. Even though asking again and again. 2. Builder has got 7 notice but didn't responded and building was demolished by municipal corporations after say within 14 days of whole payment done. 3. Builder has not given any agreement documents even though asking again and again and lastly at the time of possession gave notarized document say General power of Attorney and Kabja Karar. 4. Builder is now asking us to have patience and remain quiet as they will reconstruct after 6 months. Builder threatens us tht if we will file complain Thn they want return our money nor flat. Sir, this ws my hard earn money. I am stuck in debt and lost my property. Kindly guide me and am I liable to get justice??? Please Sir, please help me.

This is common practice by private builders in Delhi NCR. There are so many cases filed against every builder that now they don't even take such things seriously. A lot is done under the table and the Indian judiciary system is surely one of the worst in the world. I hope you are in a better situation now.

How to sign in online applications. It's enough to send copies of your affidavit notarised, which will contain your signature. If lawyer is hired, he knows how to file online complaint. He will send vakalatnama also.

Just a quick question. Amazon delivered someone else’s order and mapped it to my order. The order number, mrp, quantity etc written on packing is totally different. I was out of city and raised the concern the moment I arrived. Now return window closed yesterday only. In addition, the item specified on packing slip is not even matching the product inside. As per consumer act 2019, complaint can be filed in the consumer commission of your district, where you live. Territorial jurisdiction as per consumer act 1986 has been liberilised.

As per consumer protection act 2019, there's no such jurisdictional limitation. You can file first appeal before Mumbai consumer commission, quoting consumer law.

Hello sir i purchased Mi phone through flipkart ,in exchange of old phone but the delivery boy rejected to take back my old phone because of some physical defects and asked to full amount in return. But in exchange policy of flipkart any physical damage will only lead to reduction in value of old phone nor the rejection of phone . My phone is in full working condition with original bill , charger ,box ,usb cable but delivery boy still rejected my phone .When i asked him regarding the chart through which value is reduced he clearly said they doesnt believe in such charts . Companies make such charts to fool customers, in ground reality more than one or two physical damage they will not accept the phone , such thing was not in flipkart's exchange policy .Also he cancelled my order from his side. He was trying his best to find defects in phone to cancel my order by any means. Please provide me any solutions how should i proceed.
