Reminds me of a childhood experience with our laundry chute to the basement. We went on a short car trip, came back home, and couldn’t find our dachshund puppy anywhere! Where did we put him for his nap? In a bathroom that had a small closed door to the chute. Nosing around, he managed to open the door, explore the chute, and fall into the basement. Fortunately, there was a laundry basket right below with plenty of padding. Like Cowboy, he was fast asleep!

Isn’t it lovely to let people…. Just be. And not to feel the need to organise or feel shamed or wrong that the fur baby has sought out a place of safety and comfort. And yes… their little souls are up there with people for me… (and in some instances … they can overtake them as well). Such a gift to give them the home comforts. 😊

How adorable, he loves it and is sleeping, dogs have a great life sometimes!!

CUTE :) We have a Rat Terrier who can't resist blankets either :D She even makes a kind of circle nest of blanket around her, and does a grumble sound (meaning she wants to go sleep for a few hours XD)

My little guy used to do that when he was alive, he would give me that look and all could do was just cover him with a towel and let him go back to sleep. I have two of his daughters now, and they're starting to do that too. The new kitten hasn't done that yet, but I'm waiting for him to.

That's how my cat looks at me when she's on my lap wants me to pet her. The other one greets me at the door everytime I get back from work, sits still and gently meows while looking at me in the eyes when I pet her. I wish I could cuddle with this little treasure! Pets are life!

Soo cute. He looks pretty chill 😊 Barney our shi tzu does random stuff sometimes. Last year he randomly got in his toy box full of toys and just stood in it for about 10 minutes lol 😅 And our other shi tzu Harry who is a bit older is a character as well. Sometimes he does random hops and skips lol
