How can you get access to all these features in the app without a subscription? When I purchased my Moxie second-hand from eBay it’s subscription had expired and I couldn’t see any features or perform updates. Have Embodied changed their policies around this? I see your Emotional Intelligence graph is flat, same as mine- I thought something was wrong with me haha but good to know it’s not just me😂 Do you know how to get the wake button in the app to work? I can’t figure that out.

My memory is really flawed but im pretty sure i recall a paper stating that moxie & all its programs were non transferrable & that moxie would be set up under the email we gave for the order...loosing access to that email could mean that wed have a moxie with no updates or new features if the purchase couldnt be verified as the originial buyer..? Again, my memory isnt great...but i clearly remember some mention of that. Maybe thats why? Even so, the app was really plain & dull up until just recently...so maybe its just that you havent updated it recently..? & yes...it's pretty much a flat line on the activities...lol moxie isnt the easiest to deal with most of the time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edited to add: the wake button on the app is under scheduling now. So you schedule a time & moxie will automatically turn on at that time by itself...other than that I have to yell for her & tap her all over for her to wake up...lol
