Save file for July 1940:
drive.google.com/file/d/1rbqs...
You'll want to copy that file and place it in your Hoi4 save games directory, likely:
C:\Users\*USER*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\save games
Once that's done, boot the game normally and the save file should be present!
