Common misconception. He never used a chainsaw. A teenager attempted to attack him with a chainsaw, but he never used on for himself. As well as, a Jason skin wouldn't be a big possibility, because the rights are in in air, I mean they have been for 2 to 3 years now. So a skin for the character wouldn't be possible, for now at least.
