Hello, i have a problem with my Z11, the ethernet cable is in the box but it says there is no connexion even tho the cable works fine on other devices the formula just cant find or Connect to it, anyone that can help?

From what you write, I think the Ethernet port is faulty, but you can try resetting the box to factory settings.

where do you go on the box to find the expiration date for your iptv service?

Press menu and then content manager. There you'll find the details of you subscription.

You’ve made it all sound very simple. For a start I didn’t get a QR code on my screen when I opened the app. They ask for a url and password. How would I know that ? I’ve only just switched it on. I actually uninstalled Mytvonline because it’s basically useless. The next thing I’ve got another software update and it’s back. It’s impossible to contact the company so basically I’m F---. I wonder if you’ve got any suggestions?

Please send an image of the screen where you are being asked for a url and password to my email address and I'll take a look. Uninstalling MyTVOnline is indeed useless, it'll come back every time you update the software. Just move the tile to the far left and install TiViMate instead, in my opinion the best IPTV player on the market.

Do you have an "idiots" guide?! We hook it up and can't get past Formula logo and 4 bouncing colored dots. Please Help!

I was hoping the video would be a guide to all........ At the moment I don't have a Formuler here and I guess I'm not going to have one in the near future, but from what you're writing, it looks like you have to factory reset the box.

Unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with my Z11 Pro Max BT1 and no one to assist me after many emails. My IPTV app works great on the Z10 and Z10 Pro Max I have and too many to put on here but my Z11 is full of quirky problems. Here's the kicker....if I read the warranty info it isn't under warranty if it is software related. So I guess my $249.00 investment was a waste. I will go back to my Z10 Pro Max that is fine.

You could try to install TiViMate as a player and see if that works. I think Formuler released MOL3 too early, it still has too many bugs.

I don't use MOL3 as I have my own IPTV App. Everything works fine as I mentioned on my Z10 and Z10 Pro Max. Maybe not the MOL3 but the box itself.@@elpinosero3

When you have the original Formuler remote control, there must be a pause key.

Hoi, De Formuler Z11 is een mediabox met MYTVOnline3 als IPTV speler. TiViMate is een Android app waarmee je IPTV kunt kijken en is te installeren op daarvoor geschikte Android apparaten. MYTVOnline3 is exclusief voor de Formuler Z11 en kan niet op andere Android apparaten worden geïnstalleerd.

@@elpinosero3 dank voor je reactie! Ik ben een beetje aan het rondkijken naar iptv pakketten. Ik ben alleen compleet nieuw in deze wereld. Als ik een pakket zou aanschaffen krijg ik een e-mail met inloggegevens? En die inloggegevens kan ik dan op een app zoals Tivimate invullen en dan heb ik al deze zenders dus? Ook vroeg ik mij af op hoeveel apparaten er gekeken kan worden? Dus zegmaar dat ik op 2 tv’s inlog met dezelfde inloggegevens? Of ligt dat aan de iptv aanbieder? Only downside to mytvonline3 compared is the mytvonine2 has a simple refresh content button were mol3 you have to go into settings to do it

@@elpinosero3 Ik heb er even over nagedacht. Dus als ik de Z11 Pro Max haal en ik tivimate zou installeren moet ik dus ook nog premium tivimate (€35) aanschaffen om iptv te kunnen kijken. En met mytvonline 3 wat er standaard opstaat kan ik “gratis” naar iptv kijken mits ik een abbo heb aangeschaft online voor de iptv? Of kost mytvonline3 ook geld om te gebruiken?

@@poepchinees1181 Je verhaal klopt, maar je hoeft geen Formuler Z11 aan te schaffen als je met TiViMate wilt werken. Ik gebruik TiViMate al geruime tijd en het is op z'n minst zo goed als MYTVOnline3. Installeer het op een Chromecast with Google TV, dat werkt fantastisch. Google TV is veel goedkoper dan een Formuler, een heel goed alternatief.
