He put both sides of family in a horrible situation.

He lived through his Mother's name and money. If it wasn't for her, his release from prison wouldn't have included a managers job. If you remember she was suing him for opening restaurants in her name and likeness. Tim was a wantabe . I knew he had the robbery done at his Mom's house cause he needed money to live his fake lifestyle as rich restaurant owner. He came to LA and lost his mind. He had big bills and wasn't paying them and then adds a new baby to the mix. I don't understand what Jennifer thought she would get out of him, he was broke. Maybe if she would have investigated before the date , there wouldn't have been a date. He deserves the death penalty. He crossed the line when he killed family. He is trash.

We saw Tim assault Andre and Charles on the show. The producers didn't make him accountable. He got a slap on the wrist for assaulting two relatives. I just want to know why he hated Andre, and why he didn't care for his brother's only child. Thank God, Andre's mom realizes justice.

That is why I never could understand a defense attorney- I don’t know how they sleep at night- they work on behalf of the criminal the murder and in many cases they are successful at getting the Murderer free if the courts cannot prove reasonable doubt

Ya'll let's not forget he tried to take an insurance policy out on his mom as well. The insurance salesperson saw through the red 🚩 flags. He took the policy out on Andre and immediately started acting shady. Allegedly he came back and tried to take a policy out on his mom. That insurance company was about to go down as well. I think he was arrested for unreleated charges. He was questioned as well in the beginning. They tried to say he knew what was going down. Just imagine if that is true. He would have offed his nephew and mom for money he would have blown in less than a year. Just like he broke in her house an in the safe. The alarm was deactivated and his own mom said said no one knew the code but her and Tim. Andre cried his eyes and heart out to convince his grandmother that he would never steal from her and that Tim broke in her and robbed her. Tim was jealous of Andre. Andre was the only piece of her deceased son's connection. If it was not for Tim, Robie would've had a better relationship with Andre. I don't doubt if she would have left him a peace of her legacy pie as well. Tim knew that and wanted it all for himself. I wouldn't be surprised if Robie was the....... nevermind. Last but not least, he thought he was facing 20 years and was ready to fight for an appeal. That's the most hurtful feeling in the world is to be sadly mistaken. Especially when you're stupid and think you're the smartest.

Thank God for justice. Tim deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. Tim had the nerves to come on camera pretending that he cared, knowing he had someone to kill his nephew. Just like he robbed his mother's home. Tim allowed them demon spirits to take control over his body, mind, and soul. I pray that Miss Robbie and Andre mom will be healed and bond back together as family again. These two ladies lost their son's a part of these ladies that will never return.
