As far as the corners, it's nice for the Lions that they can let it progress naturally. Whomever is playing best gets first crack. And the others can find their rhythm. And during a long season, injuries and effectiveness can vary, so everyone will get opportunities.

A perfect situation for our new secondary players to come into and a perfect situation for the so-called long shot offensive lineman that we picked up. Our online is so good. These guys can come in, wait a year too and learn and then take over same thing with the secondary guys. Brad knows what he's doing

The Lions added so many players at corner to create a competitive cornerback room. I absolutely love it. All these guys are going to want to see the field and will make each other better. Brad Holmes is building this team each and every year. Resigning Sewell and St Brown to contracts that are paying very well shows future players, if you work and perform you will be rewarded.

I think the Lions are gonna be a really good team for a few years to come! Goff is still relatively young and Holmes may be my favorite GM in football! I’m a colts fan but love watching the Lions

Lol 😂 We are in the top 10 for Bigfoot sightings. And we have one on our team.

I think with all these great secondary players that we picked up the starting lineup back there is going to change game to game or whoever's got the hot hand because all these guys are starters. Just got to see which ones are playing at the best level

I could listen to Scott Bischoff talk all day just about.

I think Vaki is mostly a ST guy, we have really good RBs already and at best he's going to be our 4th string RB. That's ok though be ause ST is important but the only thing I don't understand with the emphasis on ST, why we didn't try to get a Kicker. We could have gotten Mevis late in the 7th round but we used our 7th round pick to move up in the 6th I think for a good player so I understand the move but we need a kicker. I know gambling Dan goes for it in 4th a lot but there are still times we need a kicker that can kick beyond the 50. So I'm fine with the Vaki pick but baffled why we dont even try to get a kicker and it will hurt us, in act you could argue it already has

I see the Lions using a dime defense on 3rd down allot. They have 3 great safty's and 3 great coner backs

The only pick I question is Manu in round 4. They could've drafted guard Trevor Keegan and probably still gotten Manu later on.

You’re not wrong about that. However Manu’s ceiling is so much higher. Give him a year or two under the best Tackle in the league and he will be fine. Similar to Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson

Let’s see what the June 1st cuts look like. Holmes isn’t done cooking. Players now Detroit is on the cusp of making history with a rabid fanbase. A Vet with choices will be choosing Detroit. That is going to put over the top I think.

Why do you guys think TJ tampa went in the 4th round?

Giving up a 3rd rd pick for arguably the best cb in the draft is so much more promising and worth it as opposed to trading away a first rd bust for a 3rd round pick.....just a thought

Hunter renfrow is currently a free agent too . If they wanted another slot receiver . Either Donavan peoples-jones or Antoine green could play X opposite jamo too . If they get anything in free agency I want either another DB for maximum competition or another edge on a year contract by that point illl be draft season again and Brad can cook on another draft

Branch is to perfect at nickel to move to safety full time. That won’t happen. But he might in year 2 now do more of a mix like they tried in year 1. Iffy is a beast if stays healthy and Kerby even in a down year gets picks so don’t see them benching either of them full time. Good to have real depth and to many good choices instead of sutton and Jacobs getting roasted or vildor having ball bounce off face for completion bombs in nfc title game. Though it was Reynolds drop on 4th down that cost us the game vildor play was gigantic also.

Vaki is going play a big role in kicking game. With the new rule on kickoffs, he will score a TD, watch and see. Also a dog on kickoff coverage, not to mention spot RB catching passes.

Lucky? No the rest of the GMs are clowns. Last year AG and Dan wanted vets which failed. This year the Super Bowl path is Brad's and why he put his stamp on it then stamped it again, bam, bam going 1, 2 corner then added Vaki and Wingo. All 4 could start at some point. So funny every GM, talking head and fans were (are still :) screaming for an Edge all while Brad cleans out Canada of top talent. The Villain opening up another pipeline for Detroit. Brad is in search of the next AD and why Wingo is a Lion. This isn't your same old Lions, enjoy. Try being original for once ..................... boring
