That lady is on video harassing some dude at a gas station talking about the guy was loitering even though he was about to pay for gas. Insane.

"Taught, trained and told to lie; when you get on stand, you testi-lie." I was told this saying by a FTO in OKC.

Im shocked they are charging them. Ive seen cops lie under oath before and normally they get to get away with it by simply saying oh it was a mistake i misspoke but for any of us we would go to jail. Shocked they didn't try and pull that here.

All cops should be charged with violation of Oath when they break the law. When they are not it’s saving them from real consequences and allow them to move on to the next department to do the same things again

It's rare to hear about cops facing perjury charges. Unfortunately, it's NOT rare for cops to actually COMMIT perjury. "The Brady List" exists for a reason. It's accountability like this that's sorely missing from policing in America. Do this consistently when cops lie in court and/or on sworn statements, and such actions will decrease dramatically.

So many dirty cops! Why can't you find them BEFORE you hire them?
