He didn’t run as well as he did* 14-15 were his learning years. 2016 he arguably could’ve made the Round of 8 if he didn’t have a mechanical failure at Dover. And 2017 he should’ve made the final 4 if not for his mechanical failure at Kansas Sure 2018-19 weren’t great. But Chevy as a whole struggled those years and Larson was arguably Chevys 2nd best Chevy driver. But he didn’t run terrible with Ganassi. Sure he didn’t run as well as he does now, but he still was a contender with Ganassi.

He ran better than anyone else at Ganassi, except for Sterling. Kyle drove the wheels off of Ganassi’s junk.

Larson made Ganassi's equipment look better than it was at the time. And you can say the same about Kurt Busch when he was with Ganassi. If it wasn't for those guys wheeling the hell out of those cars Ganassi would've been nowhere for all those years. Larson finally being in good equipment in the Cup series is just allowing him to fully display the talent he's had all along

@@oktoday8323 look what happened to Mark Martin he corked off five wins and nearly pulled a championship away from Jimmy. Then they dismantled his team so Dale Jr could run better. Not blaming Hendrick for wanting Jr. to run better or to get young drivers going, but the vets get done dirty almost every time. Your talent and ability doesn’t just go away over the offseason.
