First of all we didn't oppose when Kalyan Choubey was appointed, and here we go!! Bhaichung bhutia was on the list but most of your indian football fan consider him as outsider. There was no support when he really wanted to step up to do something good for Indian football after his retirement. Make sure all of you blame yourself before blaming Indian football management now. I have seen such comments when people said " arey Bhaichung Bhutiya is not even indian" which was sad to see after all his contribution on Indian football.

Contrived rage. 😂 You can still find comments which claim Choubey isn't a sportsman even today. They thought he was a local muscleman. No one "appointed" KC, it's an election by state boards. I grew up in a football culture and family in India. Let me just put up a bitter fact about this, no matter how we summarise this and blame each other, the players are eager for PSU job positions, the middle management in the fed is all about putting their relatives in jobs, the top management is about securing as much as wealth they can secure during there tenure. What a shame. They talent seems to fade away as soon as the player is taken from the grassroot and enter the black hole of Indian club football.

We definitely have improved under Igor Stimac but we still lack in a lot of departments. It is clearly visible that he wasn't given enough resources to work with. Our players aren't good enough. A lot has to change. Players are happy playing in the ISL. They are making money but not improving at all. And then there's politics which has always been there. Like ranjit mentioned we need players playing in better leagues. That's what needs to happen.

A coach after being sacked from his position and still discussing and raising issues that he didn't care to raise for the last 5 years just because he was getting his salary, Clearly shows the pathetic situation of his position and his impression in the football arena. Lost respect. Stimac, you need to move on. When you joined Indian football, you knew the scenario and kept on continuing. Just being a crybaby showcases lack of acceptance of your coaching method and style across the world.

How can just one man shake the entire system. He can't. He is just painting a target on himself. His intention maybe good, but the way he is doing it not right.

The only way to improve football is to integrate ISL and I-league and bring in the Relegation system by creating divisions.

Without appoint a good foreign coach in under 14 to 23 Indian team no good player got in senior team so first appoint a good foreign coach in different age group and bear the salary of those coach then after when those junior graduate to senior in 4 to 5 years Indian team got full technical sound players in senior natinal team so now appoint a Indian coach for senior team as they have no capacity to produce good result so it is foolish to appoint a good coach for senior team and if the juniors have no technical ability to play good football as not learn from a good foreign coach so AIFF to appoint a foreign coach for juniors and a Indian coach for seniors and spent money on juniors to get good result ok

Is there a way to let BCCI somehow plan and run AIFF affairs for let's say 5 years. If not , then provide some sort of consultancy

Agar yeha rehke I-league and ISL ka sab match achhe se analysis karke kuch new players le kar unko training de kar match ready karte, last 2 matches ke liye.. ek new team bana sakta tha, chahe na khilata but ready karke rakh toh sakta tha future ke liye, kyun ki 2026 tak rehna tha.. Aur sayed hum jeet bhi aate, 3rd round me chale jaye.. Toh mein stimac ko apne sar pe bitha ke rakhta always.. But usne yeh sab kuch bhi nehi kiya.. afc cup ke baad se 3 months mila tha, Afghanistan match ke baad se bhi 3 months mila tha.. Chahta toh yeh sab kuch kar sakta tha.. But nehi kiya.. Croatia wapas chala jata tha always..

There is a need for serious overhaul in AIFF. The coa's constitution has to be implemented and the bureaucracy has to be sorted out by legal force. Even after so many years of ISL, still not a full-fledged league, still no serious league structure, no serious state leagues with tier systems no ground work in the youth system and so much more.
