OMG!!!Dis is ah hidden gem. I stumbled on dis movie while looking up meh ancestors that was brought to TnT. Need tuh place some kinda keywords (caribbean, west indies, Guyana) dat will reveal dis movie in youtube. Amazing Movie. I just wish it ended with son and father knowing each other.

I felt as if this is my story for I have lived this story in real life it brings so much tears in my eyes after 15 yrs mine returned but I was married and had a kid Same ending I had I told him it's over n he felt and I forgive him movie of my life

Just finished watching this movie. I will be honest like all your great movies that you act and produce this one was exceptional. I must say others like Brown sugar too bitter for me, Till I find a place and the others were great but this one , I must say this one hit me differently its truly an amazing movie it brought out my emotions and held my attention throughout the entire film never did I loss concentration. The songs chosen for this film were remarkable and correctly placed for each scene. The characters in this film were born for there roles could not asked for anything better. I enjoyed it ,I don't have enough words to Express how I felt but honestly well done Mr Shivraj well done.
