Gives the impression of finding a plundered deity's statue in a long disused ruins of a temple. I think it was the Egyptians who said that even the gods must die and that's what I think about listening to this. A god, once triumphant, now lays in ruins; its followers would pray to it in fear, begging for its favour. But its followers made the mistake of thinking it was immortal.
