i have a biiiiig qeuestion!!!!! i have multiple old users on my macbook (from hand me down family members) and when i try to reset those passwords it ends up(for a few of them) showing a red dot, and red text saying sum lik:failed to acsess, or sum along those lines...can you get back to me and help me out?

I tried it and it said that it didnt SUPPORT that METHOD so I reset and now I don't know the admin pass and I need help and it doesn't show unities Update: if that doesn't work then proceed to click on the erase mac button. After that then go to options and click download new mac os. And after that just do your stuff to personalize and Bam! You have admin and your own acc!

this is Mac OS Monterey issue, it won't allow even we enter the correct password. this kind of issue happens only in this OS, but not in older versions.

I followed your instructions & got the "OPTIONS" I did NOT get the ICONS of any users. Instead, I got window with the following options Restore from time machine (Default) Reinstall macOS Monterey Safari Disk Utility I forgot my password or does not recognize it. WHAT do I do Now ???
