About me:
Hi! My name is Philip and one of the people behind Lufolk. I have always been interested in the simple things in life. When I look back on history I get inspired and fascinated by the people who came up with all the smart solutions to make our everyday life easier. What you can accomplish with a few tools and great skills is impressive. The first time I got that feeling: I made this! This will be useful! Was when I made a wooden spoon as a kid. And think that was the start, I have ever since been interested in making things.

And all this time i lost my time making leaves in medieval fairs... I'm gonna start making variants of this ring (maybe keep the two lil' legs square, and give them some alternate twists to decorate). As for the engraving, it can be just my blacksmith's stamp, a rune, or maybe i can braze a bid of nice looking metal on it (maybe give it a drop of tin, or copper/bronze, something like that). As always, that's a nice video ! As i've started making my own forge videos, i really wonder how you manage to both film what you're doing, make a video from it, and yet still make money as a professional... I know everything takes twice as long when i film the project... (right now i'm filming the process of a somewhat advances cu-mai knife, and i think it's gonna take more than 2 or 3 days beacause i film the whole process, when a knife like this one shouldnt take more than 10 hours or so). So yeah, i wish you all the best and thanks for your videos !

Thank you! Great that you found it inspiring! Yes, it takes a lot of work to make videos. But for every video you make, you will get a little bit faster. Looking forward to seeing your videos!
