It's because of lack of confident /shyness. Knowing less words, less exposure to english speaking surroundings. So work on vacabulories learn more words on daily practice and frame more sentences. Learn some advanced english words. And finally speaking practice plays the major role. Pronounce it often. Speak speak speak start speaking. All the best

I come from the western part of India. My mother tongue is Bengali but when I found your video, such remarkable because this video has got to know a lot of unacquainted subjects that I never learned. You have said it correctly the more you practice the better you speak😌 thank you for your efforts.

They are really good tips. In fact, it's really challenging to talk about something you haven't talked about before in that language, even if you know the vocabulary. It's not just a matter of the language. If you are asked to talk, in your native language, about a topic you haven't talked about before (in an oral test on biology, for example) , you might struggle to talk fluently without hesitantion, making awkward pauses mid-sentence, abusing fillers, etc. You need to organize your thoughts about that topic and collect a set of phrases you'll be able to use whenever you need to talk about it.

English in my mind is as fluent as my native language, but while I start speaking I forget everything. I have been learning English by myself and there is nobody whom I could talk to.
