I mean who doesn’t appreciate a strong, sassy latch? Admiring the intricate detail placed on the otherwise unadorned metal box. Precision work! Love, Mom

Some KZread creators put out content that is good, but not drop-everything-to-watch-good. Your channel is among a few that qualify as drop-everything-and-knock-over-children-and-pets-to-watch-good. Thanks for the awesome video!

Take it easy on the little ones...they know not what they're missing. ; )
So darned good! The shape! The texture! The reverse bottom! The hinge flippy open thingy! The so very cool latch! And such good music. I think I am going to go gaze into the black mirror with my magic square, er, rectangle, now...

Never thought about making a 'bandsaw box' out of steel. Super cool and the presentation of the video was great!
Loved the transformation of all the raw materials you used. They all started as normal industrial supplies and ended up being ancient treasure worthy. Beautiful as always.

Thank you as always Laurin!
I like the way you played normal speed audio overtop of timelapse footage. It's way more pleasant to listen to than the high pitched squeal of x4 speed grinders the way other channels do.. not to name names

@@skullandspade it's always been a pet peeve of mine. Most of these maker videos on KZread aren't really intended to be educational. I mean, they kind of are, but not really.. I'm a woodworker, so most of the metal working stuff I see isn't applicable to what I do.. It's more about the entertainment and ancillary knowledge So when something makes a video difficult to watch (ie: high pitched squeals), it sort of removes the desire to keep watching.. I'm really glad you took the time to do that, I hope it isn't too much of a pain in the ass though.. what about keeping the original audio and pitching it down to a normal sounding octave? Would that be easier to edit?
20 points to Gryffindor for making your own clasp! Also, hot screws make the cutest noise when you toss them in water! 🤗
