Enjoying your videos Sammit! You can measure the actual break-away torque...with a TQ wrench. Flywheel held fixed on or off the car. Old trans input shaft (perhaps modded) loaded in, TQ that until she slips. As in the clamped disc moves relative to the other parts - get it? The max TQ shown would be your break-away. Do it carefully like a science experiment from school and you'll get an accurate result. No need to do hours of installation for a test only to quickly find out "oops!".

Sammit, a 4puck 6puck makes no difference, it’s the pressure plate that has the clamping force, often you can just torque the pressure plate bolts a bit more and it’ll give a slight better clamping, but clutch disks also have a thickness so if x pressure plate is made to be used with a different thickness disk, your disk and pressure plate might just not be compatible

so I was going to say you may need to resurface your flywheel and the pressure plate because they were originally glazed..... but then you mentioned something about replacing the flywheel if you have to but you should surface or degloss the pressure plate and flywheel .... You can usebike 400 grit paper spray to either a slab of marble or a thick piece of glass so you have an ultra flat surfacethen basically you'll put your paper on their slide it back and forth left and right do not put any pressure on the top of it again just slide it back forth left and right a few times and it should give enough deglossing to get some grip again
