A souvenir from my trip to Montreal. Laguiole is a village in France. He more I look at and handle this knife the more I like and appreciate the craftsmanship involved in its making. If you ever get to Montreal, be sure to stop by this store and say hi to Adam for me!

Ces’t magnifique! I love it, I do not own many elegant knives, this one is a work of art. Not easy to find either, unless you are looking for steak knives!

Hello, at 1:45 you show the label with « 2 M LT » i guess it means « 2 mitres laiton »; translation is « 2 brass bolsters ». Nice knife !!
