I started this channel as a way to share my love of knives. I am not a bushcraft survival expert, or knife maker, or expert on metallurgy. I will make mistakes as I make the videos, but I will also create new friendships!

I had never seen this version before, had to look up the 2012 catalogue when I got home! I paid a whopping $15 Canadian for this beauty! Picked up a nice Schrade LB7 too!
I have the full series in alaskan dating back to 2007, nicer than any other buck knmives and better price point
I keep an eye out for the Alpha when I shop flea markets and pawn shops. I am hopeful one will be waiting for me someday! Thanks for taking the time eh!

Bought mine back before this last deer season....skinned 4 deer with it and still sharp as a razor...my Dad gave me my first Buck, when I was about 16, a 110 Folding Hunter...have loved Buck ever since!!...the 113 is one for everyone's collection
I sold a 110 to a friend of mine who had always used a fixed blade for field dressing. He got a moose with a group hunt and told me the 110 was the star of the show! The heat treat is key! Thanks for taking the time.
It's been a year. How did the knife turn out? I sent my old Buck 105 for a spa treatment and they only sharpened it. No buffing or polishing. The nicks and scrathes were all the same. And they didn't include a 25% off coupon which many youtubers did receive. Maybe mine slipped through the system. Hope Buck did better for you. Let us know.
It did come back, I did an update video as well. It looked better than it did for sure, not 100%, but I was pretty happy with it. Did you get ahold of customer service to express your concerns? I will be sending a couple of old 110’s in for SPA in the near future. Thanks for taking the time.

Wow. I thought I had a lot of 110's. I have 4. lol. You are correct about the thumb studs. Take them, and the clip off so you will have a real hunting knife. I've never thought that after walking up to a dead animal (usually deer for me) that I needed to get my knife out in a second or less. The deer was always dead, and not going anywhere... Nice video.
I feel the same for sure. Some do carry a 110 daily so the thumb stud is put to more use I suppose! Thanks for taking the time.
