Actually, no. It is a full length book from 8 years ago, not from Wattpad and the plot it's a little bit different like they have a son, not a daugther and he is 10years old not 7yo but still it's a good book and I totally recommend it

One most enjoyable movies I ever saw, the leads were brilliant the kid is adorable i love the spiritual/inspirational message on forgiveness and healing. Just brilliant!

I saw this movie at the theater, waited to come out on dvd and bought it, I also got it as a mother's day gift from my kids ( now I got 2 copies of the dvd- one for home and one for our rv). Love love love this movie.

Much like nachos out of the microwave, this film is quick, simple, and a little too cheesy, but also enjoyable and without regrets. It made me think about my family relationships and what I'm doing to strengthen them. It also painted small town Louisiana in a very beautiful picture and that was nice to see.

I could care less about all the negative reviews here. I think this movie looks heartwarming and funny and I can't wait to see it.

I've had a screening of this and I will say. . .Yes, it's not like the book (which of course, as usual, was even better) but that's why they say it's based on the book, or an adaptation...it's NOT the book exactly (many things are different. And PS for those that read the book, the funeral scene is NOT for the grandmother.) but it still gives you a great story and shines a light on Liam & Josie from a different angle (I think this was due to demographics). So, I'd say to give Forever My Girl a shot it's a feel good movie!

It's amazing 😍 Highly recommended.
