I live down the street. Me and m friends have seen dark figures run through and CHASE is through the wooded areas. I have many stories one I cannot shake the time that me and my closet friend were walking through and we heard a scream. Not just any shocked scream it was a high pitched cry. We froze and it grew silent. So we turned to leave and we head a women yell “run run get out of here” and of course terrified we ran and just as we got to the edge of the wonder area my friend said she heard someone say “you’re next” and since then she has refused to go back

I also heard a woman scream on an EVP when I was there with some friends back in 2015.

I’m going back soon to see if I can see or hear anything else. Idk what it is but I feel like something is there and wants to be found. Some type of energy coming from there gets stronger the closer I get and I want to know what’s causing this paranormal phenomenon

I remember back in the day there was some super good bike jumps back there, I grew up on malvina st

i grew up in lincoln park,, since i was3 years old, i have never heard of this park, i grew up on merril and fort street, we used to play at Memorial Park, that was on fort street, they have a cannon there from ww 1 or 2, idk, we used to play on it, and we would hear a voice saying get off, i thought that it was one of my friends saying that, i asked him what did you say? he said i didn't say anything, this happened several times, as Kids we just blew it off, but seeing this video, it makes me wonder about the Cannon in Memorial Park this park here, was it close to the street Outer Drive ? , Cousin Figel

Part of me thinks that it looks like an ideal dumping ground for bodies and part of me thinks it looks like the ideal spot for a picnic ! 🤔 Thanks for the walk through ☺️

i have lived in LP my whole life and i have never heard of this park,my friends and i are curious now lol. haunted or not seems like a nice place to just walk around

The Strangest Thanks! I will have another coming out soon. I am also picking up an EMF Meter and Spirit Box soon. I do plan on going to more abandoned places, I’ve only been to a few.

Great park it should be extended south along 75 on the other side of the highway where i have also hiked many times over the years, under the highway was an amazing museum of graffiti on all the pylons because the highway is actually a bridge there as it goes over the Ecorse Creek / River that wraps around the water plant and the open park is there (i forget the name they have cleared many of the trees there sadly but further down Reeck road near Northline and across from the old Toys R Us Warehouse where we park and cross over Reeck and the railroad tracks to the prairie and woods that is on the west side of the highway.. Its an awesome open woods and prairie that i have been trying to rally people to make into a park it is amazing woods, amazing large trees even bigger than the Lincoln Park Forest Park.. Often people living here and there in tents in these areas along the railroad i know the stretch well.. I believe Forest Park began as a hunt ground for the Kentuckians of Michigan, they had / have several other lands that are now prized downriver and questionable like the Bow hunters club closed on King road behind the Ford Plant in Woodhaven amazing animals would come into the plant from those woods.. Also another one the Kentuckians still own in Brownstown,,,

What happened?

It’s supposedly on Indian/Native American burial grounds and that’s a rumor for why it’s haunted.

For years me and my buddy would put on leave suits while kids had camp fires we would crawl around in leave suits and fuck with them all the time they would get so scared also back then there was awsum jumps dirt hills trails back in 1997 when I was 13 I seen sum wipe outs there it looked good the jumps there I seen a kid set a tree on fire full size one there is a nother trail in the back leads to under the highway if seen lots of fucked up shit there and we got a huge feelings of ghosts there u can take the tracks go under the highway enter from the back as well

That park used to be Allen park property that's why we could build bomb fires and dirt bike across I 75 is the railroad track and we would dirt bike over there under the over pass the devil worship people were kicked out a long time ago, like I said my friend hung himself there.he is the ghost of forest park
