🇮🇹 Forest Bathing, mai sentito? Dicono che il contatto prolungato con verde, piante e boschi faccia bene a corpo e mente agendo come anti-stress, ma sono convinto che il "bagno di foresta" porti benefici sopratutto per l'anima. Almeno, così è per me. E allora questo Natale condivido con voi la fortuna di potersi riempire gli occhi con un bel volo attorno alla baita: cinque minuti di foliage e colori, cinque minuti di relax per augurarvi buone feste. Tra le corse in cucina, a preparare la tavola e chiudere i pacchetti mettetevi comodi con un bel paio di auricolari e scartate il mio regalo... auguri. Bentornati al Chignadì :-)
