I meet my man in 1984 and this was always to each other . He is deceased now . I was with him for 37 years . I still sing this song to him up above . 😪❤️❤️😪 Was 💯 love ....

Donna, I feel your loss. I was with my dearest man for 31 1/2 years. He died of cardiac arrest in 2016. Truly, a part of us is missing without the one who made us complete. The songs we listened to together are so bittersweet now, but ever so comforting too.

What is love? Mom always told me it's a tickling around your heart ya can't get to, to scratch. I've had that tickling one time. And I never wanted too scratch that tickling. It's been 43 year's ago. He couldn't put the drugs down. He was 61, and lost his life too drugs. But we decided to go our separate ways after 2 yrs of dating. I was 22 and he was 26. But anyway, I play this song often

I am a 69 year old Dr. Who has worked I 26 countries the past 40 years and worked in survivors of two wars. I have seen more heartache and pain than anyone can imagine. Just five months ago I met my one true love. She is 3 years younger than myself, and she has traveled far and wide. Gained and lost everything and worked her ass off to get it back. We were both resigned to continue our lives helping those who we could, enjoying our grandkids etc.... Then, we fell in love, head over heels, goo goo gaw gaw, madly can't keep our hands off of each other, never want to be apart. Thank you Lou, Mick and the rest of the band. As long as there’s breath in your lungs and blood in your veins make whatever magic you still can. Nostalgia is a bittersweet drug. Just make sure it is more sweet than bitter in dosage and let the past propel you into the future without neglecting the present. Easier said than done I know but awareness is the prerequisite to meaningful change.

I'm a gal from the 70s where Foreigner, Journey, REO and Boston were the best bands. I saw Foreigner a few years ago - and wasn't crazy about it since the original singer was no longer part of the band. But this band was PHENOMENAL. One of the best concerts I've ever been to!

Not the original singer but he diffinately hits the chorus authintically. Lou gramm did the original 1980s version. But this guy, was 87 percent near perfect. Awesome.
