All of them are not students IIT invites bollywood/international singers, dancer etc to perform there. I could see some familiar indian artist. Not only Bombay but all the IIT functions are huge generally .

I am from IIT KGP and yes, the fests are amazingly fun. There are every kind of competition for students, and also they invite professional singers, bands, other artists for shows. There are food stalls everywhere, you can dance and party all night. Unfortunately due to covid nothing is happening anymore. So you guys will not get any chance in 2022 😅... But maybe someday... I miss those days.

No, a lot of them are professionals. Mood I, like any other college fest in India, invites both celebrity/professional performances (mainly for crowd attraction/sponsorship/exposure) as well as student-led performances and competitions.

This was my first time watching this type of festival so amazing.

Basically mood indigo is open for everyone to showcase there talent Or just explore the festival and obviously it's happening in iit bombay so mostly every student took part in it Or just enjoy it

We wait for the college fest for the whole year as most top engineering/technical colleges in India (including IITs) have very tough courses. Every sem we have weekly quizzes, internal exams, surprise tests, assignments, mini projects, lab work, workshops, club work, seminars, presentations, viva for theory subjects, viva for practicals etc,. It's a lot of pressure and work, it's almost impossible to get even an hour of leisure time each day on average. So, for us engineering students college fest is one of the saving grace, it's the place where we let go of all that pressure, frustrations and just enjoy.

Its really too good guys you all are ao hardworking you will reach than sky. Congrats😊

@@pralaymandal8983 Bruh, they are different kind of exams. JEE/Gao-Kao are completely technical. CSE is almost non-technical and lots of factors for allotting marks in UPSC depends on the subjective opinions/analysis/understanding of the evaluator. It's like comparing Apples and Oranges.

Those people on stage are professional singers and actors and stand up comedian this is a very nice and big event happens only in IIT collages and all those students work very hard go get an an IIT collages,and IIT Bombay is one of the top 3 engineering colleges in India. 😊

IIT m sounds fun.. Yeah i imagine they're all students..Usually genius people go study in IIT so it's not surprising they have a lot of talent there. This is not the average college in india, although we have fun festivals in most colleges. But not this size for sure.

We used to have same kind of technical festivals for 3 days including all events with dj night musical nights.Perks of being an Engineer haha.

In Indian conception school is like till the 12th class or grade is for KID. After that we can get a Degree from Colleges and Universities. IIT(Indian Institute of Technology) is a type of Autonomous Public Technical University which is toughest to get Entry.

U don't have to ask for their permission.u can simply register yourself to attend mood Indigo, IIT Bombay provides its own portal for outside student to register themselves for the active participation. Yeah it's true that IIT Bombay is the most premium collage across the country, but all the IITs are the most prestigious collages. And IIT Bombay is no less than heaven. I'll be giving my JEE exam next year to get into this college, hope I'll be cut through it.. If u can then wish my all my best❤️❤️
