I watched this without subtitles, I assumed there were none. Not being a French speaker it actually makes this documentary very immersive; like the recruits, I couldn't understand most of what is being said, but it didn't annoy me and I continued watching. Good documentary, the Légion is fascinating.

J'adore ce genre de long format, parfaitement rythmé, qui permet de comprendre la chronologie du parcours meurtrier de x-d- ligonnes ...et aussi les évènements qui ont influencé son chemin ...j'en ai bien plus appris sur cette affaire surmédiatisée avec toi aujourd'hui. Je pense qu'il ne s'est probablement pas suicidé vu son égo et le manque total d'empathie envers sa propre famille. Je me doute du travail que ce dossier doit représenter pour toi, mais continue comme ça je crois que tu seras le seul KZreadur en "true crime" que je suivrai à l'avenir....

I thoat it's a Bendeac movie :)) And I was just comming from our moldaviens Zdop & Zdup that had a nice song with one remarcable rime "Ne lève pas l'arme et que l'homme tire sur l'homme."

Ce reportage montre que l'instruction est toujours aussi dure que par le passé...mais je pense qu'humainement la hiérarchie a évolué, cf les gestes humains envers ceux qui ont pris un coup de froid. Ce sont des sacrés soldats, mais il ne faut pas oublier que l'objectif derrière est de les utiliser comme chair à canons.

@@dextercoleman5700 я в учебку попал со второго курса юридического факультета, очки не драял, на тумбочке не стоял, т.к. сразу же был назначен командиром отделения и в наряд ходил либо деж. по батарее, либо разводящим в караул, закончил с отличием и вручением перед строем сержантских погон, при том, что все остальные получали, в лучшем случае, мл. сержанта. У каждого свой путь, умник.

French even in military terminology sounds beautiful. Having a German born mom, trust me the difference is remarkable. Interestingly my mom from the Rhein as a recent DNA test showed is more French than German along with a mix of Flemish/Belgian.

знал я одного который служил во французском легионе...рассказывал стояли на плацу пока не теряли сознание и так далее...миссия была в африке там дети(подростки) которые воевали за боевиков ночью с автоматами нападали...приходилось убивать и многое другое...так что закрыл бы ты свой тупой рот клоун...это фильм ! такое не рассказывают !

C'est ce qui s'est passé autre fois c'est les autres pays qui on sauvé la France de la dernière guerre puis ils ont pas eu le respect qui leur ai du et on decidé de pas la respecter non plus 😂

La France et la plupart des pays européens devraient investir davantage dans leurs propres forces armées plutôt que de compter sur l’OTAN ou les États-Unis...

Tres tres courageaux bravo. J'ai quand meme du mal avec la maniere de parler toujours a gueuler a etre grossier , il faut de la discipline , de l'instruction etc... suis tout à fait d'accord mais pas comme ca. Apres ce n'est sue mon avis personnel. En tout cas courage à toutes ces personnes vous le meritez nous sommes fier de vous

Crié fait partit de la stratégie il faut maintenir une certaine pression constante même dans les tâches les plus courantes ils faut couper toutes les petites habitudes que tu fais chez toi enfin c'est leur manière de fair et crois moi il vaut mieux ce faire gueuler dessus quand tu plis tes draps que quand tu est en exercice dans le froid et déjà épuisé

Shit looks cool, like a decent journey to find more parts of yourself. If only it ended there and not with you simply being fed into a perpetual war machine that will consume you, break you, kill you. Really the only thing I like about the military is the outdoor aspect and the equipment (minus weapons)
