Forecast: Powerful 'once in a generation' winter storm to blast U.S. with freezing temperatures
Forecasters predict a powerful winter storm will bring an onslaught of heavy snow, ice, flooding and powerful winds from Thursday to Saturday in a broad swath of the country, from the Plains and Midwest to the East Coast. A surge of Arctic air will follow. The Christmas weekend in Florida could be the coldest in decades.

For it to be a "once in a generation" storm, the previous one would have to be outside of my lifetime. The last storm like this, was within the last 10 years. It's called winter

LOL 😂, fear sells. It's amazing how easily fear is sold this age and day with the internet. Remember the.... War of the World's.... people thought it was actually real and happening. But today you can look up facts in a split second but it seems like more people believe anything these days.

Father, I ask that you wrap your arms around this severe cold front and bring warmth to our Families, Friends, Brother’s and Sister’s.. I'm pretty sure if this "Father" could wrap his weak arms around this severe cold to bring warmth to our families, friends, brother's, and sister's, and talk to them and bring guidance into their lives with his "word," and watch over them and protect them, and their animals, homes, and businesses, he could of just very well prevented it. Instead, he hides himself from humanity. "Jesus" however does show himself occasionally by appearing on someone's breakfast toast. Praise the Lord!!!

@@mattstewart4713 Yes they are, they have built in heaters for the batteries so it doesn't matter what the outside temperature is. The inside also warms up much faster then an ICE vehicle as you don't have to wait for the engine to heat up to get hot air. You lose range heating the interior, that is the only downside.
@shmobiden6860

@@wally7856 The other downside is having to charge your car for 45 minutes if the battery dies and it's -35 outside.
All snow had the same "moisture content" you are referencing temperature, cold makes "dry" snow, closer to 32° makes "wet" snow. It's not like you are a weather specialist or anything.
Anyone else notice how often these once in a lifetime storms are occurring. Maybe we should look into why this is happening.
